Lovely vintage 1930s black rayon dress with a velvet burnout caplet in a pretty palm print. This 30's party dress has a tied back waist, making the fit very flexible! The flutter sleeves for the caplet is so flattering on your arms. Slips over the head.

Condition: Very good plus. There's faint a mark on the chest, a scuff at the skirt. The seams need reinforced, but the dress is very wearable as-is. Priced accordingly.
